When creating an event, you must provide clear, accurate, and complete details regarding the event. This includes but is not limited to the event's date, time, location, ticket price, and any additional services or offers associated with the event. Elfrique reserves the right to suspend or terminate events that violate our policies or present misleading information.
As an event organizer, you agree to pay Elfrique a service fee for each ticket sold through our platform. The fee will be deducted from the proceeds of your ticket sales, and the net amount will be transferred to your account within 1-7 business days after the conclusion of the event.
If your event is canceled or rescheduled, you are responsible for informing attendees and processing refunds in accordance with the terms stated on your event page. Elfrique will facilitate the refund process, but it is your responsibility to cover any associated costs.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Elfrique, including event descriptions, images, and promotional materials. However, by using the platform, you grant Elfrique a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute this content for promotional purposes.
You agree to indemnify and hold Elfrique harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to intellectual property disputes, event cancellations, or attendee complaints.
Elfrique reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement or engage in fraudulent activity. In the event of termination, you will forfeit any remaining funds in your account that are subject to investigation.
Elfrique makes no representations or warranties regarding the success of your event or the performance of the platform. You use the service at your own risk, and Elfrique shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Elfrique reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email, and your continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
Your tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address is accurate and up to date. Elfrique is not responsible for lost or misdirected emails.
You agree not to resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer tickets purchased through Elfrique unless explicitly authorized by the event organizer. Any attempt to resell tickets may result in the cancellation of your ticket without a refund.
Elfrique is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of the platform, including but not limited to event cancellations, failure to attend an event, or technical issues with ticket delivery. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your ticket.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to resolve the matter directly with the event organizer. Elfrique will assist in facilitating communication, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds or resolving disputes between buyers and organizers.
By attending an event, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizer. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the event without a refund.
